- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- We do not ship items over the weekend or on public holidays.
- During busy periods, dispatch may take longer. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post to deliver our products Australia-wide. Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days
Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Note: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping (Australia only).
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order on the Australia Post website.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
- If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact Australia Post first, as they may have further details.
